How to resend a User invitation

< 1 min read

If a user has an Expired status under the User Invites tab in School Settings, it means that they failed to register within the allotted time and the link to register has expired.

There are multiple ways to regenerate a new invitation link, the first being selecting the respective record and pressing “RESEND INVITE”. Multiple invitations can be sent by applying the filters to identify which contacts have not completed the process, or if their invitation has expired, and then clicking on the ‘Select All’ checkbox before pressing “RESEND INVITE”.

The second being that the School Admin can simply click the “ADD USER” button and add the user again. This will send out a new invitation link via an email to the user who can then click though register their account.

The final way is for the unregistered user to visit the Admicity Login page provided by the school (or by going to our website), and clicking the Regenerate invite button.

And then filling in the details, giving the same email that they registered with and selecting what role type they are.
