How to view Form Submissions

< 1 min read

To view form submissions/responses, go to the Forms tab and select View responses in the form Actions.

The Form Responses page is designed to manage and track the submission of forms assigned to various individuals. It allows filtering form responses by multiple attributes, submitting the form, and reviewing submitted form responses. It is also possible to download form responses as PDF’s using the Actions menu.

Creating a new group from Form Submissions #

The “CREATE NEW GROUP” button can be used to create groups from form responses. The user should first filter the desired responders using the table filter (the filter is enabled by clicking on the filter icon) and then click “CREATE NEW GROUP” which will open the dialog box for the new group creation.

You can then name and configure the group and add even more members to it. Choosing Parent Group will make it a sub-group of that group. Selecting Dynamic Group will allow group members to be added and/or removed (as oppose to default, static group), and selecting a question and answer allows only recipients that answer in this way to be added.
